Simple artwork is included free with an apparel order. For complex artwork we will provide an estimate before beginning. A digital proof is also provided for your order before any work is done. |

| Production Turn Around Time |
The standard turn around time is 7-10 business days upon receipt of apparel, approved artwork, and payment. This time frame does not include transit time if your order requires shipping. If you require your order in a shorter time period we will do our best to meet your needs. Rush services are available for an additional 25% of the total order value with a minimum charge of $35.00. |

Payment is due when your digital proof is approved by you. We accept Visa & Mastercard, bank checks, money orders, and personal checks. We accept payment by mail, over the phone, or in person. |
| Shipping |
Shipping Fees are based on weight and zip code. We use UPS. Please indicate if we are shipping to a business or a residence. There is a $2.00 handling fee added to all shipped orders. |
